Healthy Living Tips - Healthy is an expensive. That is the right expression for us in this life. If we are healthy, we can do the daily routine comfortably without constraints, and can run smoothly. In addition, we can enjoy the food according to the taste of each of us. It will be different if we are sick. We can not enjoy the food, because it is tasted bad. All foods are tasted bitter and so forth. Furthermore, if we are sick, it will a lot of the cost. Hence why healthy is expensive.

Especially in today's modern times. As a result of technological developments, all things can be done quickly and easily. Of course it also affects the pattern of our lifes. Many food products are presented with a quick and instant. So we are more likely to choose fast food consumption as compared to natural foods. The food which is served in a fast way that it is not necessarily good for our body. Because of the food, it contains are chemicals such as preservatives, dyes, and many more.

In this opportunity, I would like to give tips on healthy living. The aim is that we can live healthy and avoid the disease. The following are important components that need known in order to live healthy.

Healthy Living Tips

1. Regular exercise
Full Activities which is done by us in daily lives must necessarily balanced with regular exercise. Do not focus only on the job or study!. Health bodies also need our attentions. If our bodies are healthy, any activity will run smoothly. We can exercise in morning or afternoon. For example, light exercise is jogging, gymnastics, cycling and others.

2. Consumption of nutritious food
Preferably foods which is consumpted should not carelessly. We need to pay attention to nutritional content. In order intake of nutrients in the body can be fulfilled. Nutritious food is very important to be consumed by us. What are the nutritious food? It is including a food that contains carbohydrates, protein, fat, minerals and vitamins, and milk.

3. Drink hygienic water
To keep the healthy body, you should drink 8 glasses of water every day. It was intended that the intake of fluids in the body can be fulfilled. If the water which is consumed less than 8 glasses, the body will be dehydrated (lack of fluids)

4. Reduce foods and drinks containing sugar
We must reduce the food and drinks that contain high sugar levels. Because of the sugar, it will accelerate the effects of aging, obesity, resulting in the accumulation of fat in the liver. In addition, excessive consumption of sugar can lead to diabetes. Therefore, the levels of sugar in foods and beverages which is consumed by us should be reduced.

5. Reduce fatty foods and drinks
Fatty foods can affect the balance in the body. We should avoid foods which contain high levels of fat. We can only consume fatty foods at a reasonable level, in the sense not excessive.

6. Regular sleep
Although our daily activities are very solid, we must sleep regularly. If lack of sleep, the body will feel weak, and the brain can not function properly. Therefore, you should set your sleep as well, so that the condition of the body always stay fit.

  2. Tidak izin juga tidak apa-apa kok pak. Tinggal nyimak aja hehehehehe :P

    Memang agak sulit pak untuk memahami artikel diatas. Selain bahasa yang digunakan adalah Bahasa Inggris, juga istilah yang digunakan sudah mengarah ke disiplin ilmu tertentu, yakni ilmu kesehatan.

    Mohon maaf ya pak kalau sudah membuat anda jadi pusing hehehe :)
